SubQual enters the information provided by the Subcontractors into its SubQual database.
Financial statements are maintained in a separate database to respect and address subcontractor
concerns on confidentiality. SubQual must receive written authorization from a subcontractor in
order to release a subcontractor’s financial statements directly to a General Contractor.
The SubQual database does contain financial ratios derived from the subcontractor’s financial
statements that assist a General Contractor in their evaluation process.
For General Contractors who participate in the service provided by SubQual,
please enter your user name and password to access the database.
